Seven Mile Creek Park is a large park situated in a ravine next to Highway 169, just over a mile north of Mankato. There are three picnic shelters, several playgrounds, a trout stream crossed by nine footbridges, two volleyball courts, a baseball diamond, ample green space (mostly unshaded), and nine walking trails which total approximately 8 miles. There are a few drinking fountains available, but toilets are all portables or outhouses.
The majority of the park is on the western side of Highway 169, but a highway underpass connects it to a smaller area on the eastern side, where there is a boat landing on the Minnesota River.
The park is open from dawn to dusk; no overnight camping is permitted.
There is no entrance fee or permit required for this park.
