Hickory Street Ribfest

The Hickory Street Ribfest is a three-day festival held annually during the first week in August on the corner of Hickory Street and South 2nd Street, near the Alltel Center and Mankato Place. The festival is held in the Civic Center Plaza and adjacent parking lots.

The focus of the festival is numerous vendors selling a large variety of ribs and other food. Two stages are set up for musical acts.
